Welcome first time visitors to the tennis
court reservation system, this system is put into place to allow the
members to reserve the courts for use. You may only reserve one court
per day and you will need to contact the tennis administrator for the
access code prior to setting up a user on the system (email: Alisa Walsh
at
tennis@ridgelandforest.com) once I have verified your membership
status I will issue the code. The intent of this system is to provide
access to anyone that would like to use the courts on an equal basis, it
is discouraged to reserve the courts then not use them. Obviously if you
make a reservation and come to the courts to find people on Court #1 you
will have the authority to let them know you have the courts reserved.
This is a new system and sure to have some kinks, I hope you will let me
know if you come across any issues or problems with using this system.
It is our greatest desire to have the courts used on a regular basis by
the members. Please look for upcoming events where we will have tennis
tournaments and tennis lessons for adults and children during the
summer. Go to: www.ridgeland.tennisadmin.com to sign up Instructions: 1. First time visitors will need to click on “sign up” at the top of the page to the right of home button. 2. Select our club under the drop down for neighborhood – Ridgeland Forest Swim and Tennis 3. Fill out all information and be sure to use the access code that I will provide to you once I have received your request, then check the box to agree to terms of service. 4. If there are any problems with setting up the account please contact the Tennis Chair person (Alisa Walsh – tennis@ridgelandforest.com) 5. Only current paying members may reserve court #1, the second court will be open for use on a first come first serve basis. And you may make the reservations 1 day in advance (8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.) or on the day you want to use the court. If you can’t make a reservation there may be a chance that someone else is using the courts at this time you select, this should be obvious on the schedule. 6. The maximum amount of time you can reserve the court is 2.5 hours, however if there isn’t anyone wanting to use the court you may extend your play. If there hasn’t been any reservations for court #1 and you choose to play you are welcome to play on the court, however if a member does come to the court with a reservation slip you must allow them to play on the court reserved. 7. Members will need to contact the tennis administrator to use the courts for any type of group activities. 8. Please print out a copy of the court reservation and bring to the court to avoid any conflicts.
